Deposit Fee for New Clients
Starting August 19, 2024 New clients will be required to put a 25$ deposit fee to secure intial appointment. After completion of intial appointment, deposit fee will be taken out of the cost of the copay or rate of intial evaluation. Deposit will not be refunded for cancelations.
